what a fab day.
the weather was great & everybody on form.
this is mine, laura & emily's 2nd year walking for the royal marsden & katie & sylvia's 1st year.
emily who is only 12 kept asking, throughout the walk
"remind me why we are doing this?!"
both laura {her mummy}& i always came back with the same answer
"because we can!"
we have, all at some point in our lives been touched by cancer & by walking together we are showing our support for a loved one. Here is our day in pictures.

so this is where it all began. meeting up with the girls at 10am at the royal marsden hospital in chelsea. |

we all signed in, grabbed our maps, water & balloons. then head to the start line & started at 10:19am |
